Oh!
I AM GETTING OLD!
For the past 6 days we have been making frequent trips to the city. It was during one of these trips when we spied on a neoprint machine in a games arcade.
Back at St Nick's we used to take loads f neoprints. Back then, the challenge was in cramming as many people within the frame of a tiny sticker.
The neoprint machine we saw in Sydney was (1) expensive (2) prints out segmented 4R photos (3) full of weird things we can do to alter our images!
we could
- Change lighting to make our skin appear lighter / darker / luminous
- Choose from either a "lovely!!" or "sexy!!" image - in their words
- alter our hair / eye colour
- change our clothes to inject some cosplay / hentai factor
- insert funny animals superimposed with our faces
- Add on MANY MANY MANY cute accesories
- Magnify / shrink facial features
Aren't they amazing? Being the adventurous dinosaurs we were, we decided to give it a shot.
1st shot : Image captured before we were ready. Shit.
2nd shot : Image captured as we were shifting places. Arrgh.
3rd shot: Places switched. Act cute. Ha.
4th shot: Act cute somemore.
5th shot: Act cute. (How many shots are there ah?)
6th shot: OH THAT'S IT?!
After which, we proceeded to spend a very long time utilising the special features of the neoprint machine.
The result:
As you can see, we spent all our time editing the first 2 photos that we ran out of tie for the nest 2 photos. And our neoprints never look as nice as those advertised. Damn.

P/s: Yah I know I look as though I was drooling in one of them. I WASN'T! My scanner was dusty and I can't bother to scan it again.
